For a former primary school teacher turned into a beauty and skin wellness specialist, entrepreneur, and development practitioner, ‘nurturing’  is perhaps the core of Providence Moyo’s fate on mother earth!

Looking back over the years, Providence doesn’t regret about the comfort of her previous job in Bulawayo to start a company, Divine Pro Skin Care that has made an international appeal in the business of manufacturing cosmetics and skincare, empowering the Girl-Child and uplifting rural women.

 “I am motivated by the need to uplift the lives of marginalized women and unearth opportunities for empowerment while providing hypoallergenic skincare products,” says the down-to-earth company director  Divine Moyo.

“My mother and grandmother are of great influence on my career path. Knowledge acquired over generations was passed on to me on formulation techniques for skin and hair care products using indigenous extracts,” says Divine who says her personal motto is turning obstacles into opportunities.

Truly as her business and leadership star continues to shine, it is evident that her humility, dedication, and goal-getter attitudes have played a critical role in her success story.

But more evidently her unflinching love and passion for her rural background laced with her pan-African Ubuntu values provide the drawcard for the success story that is still unfolding.

She has undergone various leadership, business and skincare and beauty seminars, certification, and training through esteemed organizations from as far as U.S.A and Germany.

These include Strengthening Business and Trade for Women Entrepreneurs in Africa, which took place in Accra, Ghana from June 25—29, 2019

According to the 2019 Grand View Research  the trend-driven natural and organic personal care industry will be worth $25.1 million in 2025 and Moyo is determined to take a front seat pace no matter the challenge.

In Southern Africa, Statistics indicate that a total of 68% of the total workforce is women v 80% in rural areas v 78% Women-owned (SAEOPA records).

Providence has a  general and advanced teaching diploma in primary  Education, an advanced certificate in Maths and Science teaching from Unisa, as well as a diploma in Psychological counseling (UNISA).

Certified by the prestigious Southern African Essential Oil Producers ‘Association (SAEOPA), Divine Pro Skin Care’s thrust is to be the most preferred company that manufactures hypoallergenic skin and hair care products that are harnessed from the indigenous plants of Africa.

Divine Pro Skin Care’s “HANDinHAND” distribution network scheme is financially benefiting the girl-child and also running a vibrant clothing and food chain retail outlet network across Zimbabwe.

Raw materials are sourced from the indigenous plants of Southern Africa while products appeal to all skin types including the sensitive one. And inspired by its theme “Nature’s Beauty (Ubuhle bemvelo)”

The company is headquartered in Bulawayo., 

It also offers skin analysis and treatment of various skin conditions and problems, using state of the art skin care services such as Infra-Red Skin therapy and Hydra-Facial® skin therapy, LED light mask, Derma-Pen® skin (and Hair loss) treatment as well as salicylic acid and chemical peel.

She draws inspiration from Psalms 32v8, “ I will instruct you in the way you should go, I will counsel you with my loving  eye on you.”
